Cancel Anytime
No contracts, no commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time with just a few clicks.
How Cancellation Works
You can cancel your CPAPASS subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You retain full access to all features until your subscription expires
- Your progress and data are saved if you decide to resubscribe later
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- Through your account settings: Log in to your CPAPASS account, navigate to Settings > Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription."
- Contact support: Email us at support@cpapass.ai and we'll cancel your subscription for you.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. However, you will continue to have access to the Service until your current billing period ends.
Reactivation
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and choose a new plan. Your previous progress and settings will still be available.
Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plans do not require cancellation as they are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Lifetime access remains valid indefinitely.
