We're confident you'll pass with CPAPASS. Meet our study requirements, take your exam, and if you don't pass, we'll extend your subscription free for 3 months so you can keep studying.

1. How It Works

1. Subscribe & Study: Subscribe and maintain an active paid subscription for at least 3 consecutive months before your exam.
2. Meet All Requirements: Complete the study requirements below before your exam date.
3. Take Your Exam: Attempt your official certification exam during your active subscription period.
4. Submit Score Report: If you don't pass, submit your official score report within 30 days.
5. Get Free Extension: We'll extend your subscription for 3 months at no charge so you can keep studying!

2. Study Requirements

You must complete ALL of the following requirements before your exam date to qualify for the Pass Guarantee:

• Maintain Active Subscription: Be an active paid subscriber (Monthly or Annual plan) for at least 3 consecutive months before your exam date.
• Master Topics: Achieve mastery on 80% or more of the topics for your exam section. A topic is mastered when you answer 40+ questions (across easy, medium, and hard difficulty) with 80%+ overall accuracy before your exam date.
• Mock Exams: Complete at least 3 full mock exams with a passing score before your exam date.

3. Claim Policy

Important Deadlines & Limits

• Must be subscribed for at least 3 consecutive months before your exam date.
• Score report must be submitted within 30 days of your exam date.
• Applies to your first exam attempts per section only.
• The name of the person paying for the subscription and the name on the official score report must match.

What to Submit

To claim your free extension, email support@cpapass.ai with:

• Your official score report showing a failing score.
• The score report must show an exam date within your active subscription period.
• The score report must be submitted within 30 days of the exam date.

4. Extension Terms

• 3 months free subscription extension per successful claim.
• Up to 1 claim per exam section (max 3 months free total per section).

5. What's NOT Covered

• Free tier or trial periods do not count toward the 3-month minimum.
• Exam attempts before completing all study requirements.
• Score reports submitted more than 30 days after the exam date.
• Exam attempts more than 30 days after your subscription ended.
• This is NOT a money-back refund — it is a free subscription extension.
